Meet Belle

Belle was a first show dog for her family, Ken, Mary and Karen Naess. Totally owner-handled by Karen, Belle proved to be a tough competitor and fast learner. In less than a year in the ring, the team had a Best of Breed win, several BOS wins and finished her championship with a B.O.W. at the Chicagoland Specialty Show! Since that time, Karen and Belle earned multiple Best of Breed wins and Group placements.

Belle was a granddaughter of our BIS/BISS dal, Ch. Zoe. Her mother, Ch. Sneakers, was Best in Sweeps at the Dalmatian Club of America's National show and Winners Bitch at a regional specialty. We enjoyed watching Karen and Belle in the ring and are proud of their accomplishments, both in the classes, as a special and as a Therapy Dog!.

Belle and Karen were honored for more than 150 credited visits in a nursing home after her show career ended.The title TDIAOV is the top title a therapy dog can earn. It stands for Therapy Dogs International Outstanding Volunteer. With all Belle's titles, her official name became CH. Dakota's Catch R Nokona Belle CGC TDIA TDIAOV!
