Meet The Dakota Whippets!1

The Fonda babies are home!

We had intended to bring home one puppy but couldn't choose.  We ended up brining home two and will grow the up a bit and decide.  Thank you Debbie Davenport for the wonderful job you have done with them so far and for the great care you gave Fonda while she was visiting.  I'm sure we have some stars here!
 
Introducing Elliott (formerly Alan)  and C. J.  (formerly Star)
 
Elliott is a lovely fawn/brindle with loads of bone and type much like his father, Connor.

 
CJ is Fonda Jr!  She has the black/brindle color and Fonda's markings.  She has an exotic elegance about her that you can't look away from.

What's next? Well, we definitely continue to be dedicated to our Dakota Dalmatians but there is room in the house and our hearts for the Whippets too. We were delighted to add Ivy this year and there could certainly be other Whippets in our future too. In addition to showing them in conformation, we want to try lure coursing with them too. In the meantime, we are really enjoying raising and showing both breeds.
