Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in a Dakota puppy. Our puppies come from well-planned breedings and are raised with much care and love. We work hard to make the best match between each pup and the  prospective owners. Our decisions are based on the puppy's personality and conformation and the new family's interests (family pet, show dog, performance, therapy, etc) and the the family's lifestyle.

Filling out an application does not mean there is any obligation on your part or on ours. It just lets us know a little about you and what you are looking for. It also provides a hard copy for us to refer to even if you have spoken with us by phone or in person or sent an email.

Once we have your application in hand, we hope you will stay in contact with us by email or phone. We will keep you notified as to puppy availability and will also be happy to refer you to other reputable breeders if we don't have what you are looking for.

As puppies grow up and are ready for visits, prospective families on our waiting list will be invited out to meet the puppies and see our other dogs.
